Your Role on the Team :
As an integral part of our client’s in-house creative agency, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative, data-driven campaigns that elevate the brand on a global scale.
As the Visual Creative Director, you will :
- Drive the visual strategy and delivery of major campaigns from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and vendors to turn visionary ideas into reality through stellar art direction.
- Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand integrity across digital, social, film, and print media.
- Transform strategic briefs into captivating visual stories that resonate with global audiences.
- Champion innovative design practices by utilizing current trends and cutting-edge technologies.
- Inspire and lead creative teams, nurturing a collaborative and ambitious creative culture.
- Steer the creative vision through campaign evaluations and approvals, maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.
- Work closely with strategic and production teams to bring holistic campaigns to fruition.
- Oversee the creative review process in collaboration with key stakeholders and external partners.
What You Bring :
A stellar portfolio demonstrating successful integrated campaigns and visual systems across diverse media.Strong leadership experience guiding creative teams and coordinating efforts with cross-functional collaborators (illustrators, photographers, motion designers, vendors).Mastery in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and brand identity frameworks.A solid background in advertising or creative agencies, showcasing your ability to drive conceptual work from brief to execution.Exceptional presentation skills that engage and motivate senior stakeholders.Proficiency in managing multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.A collaborative mindset with a focus on strategic thinking and continuous improvement.Additional Role Details :
Hybrid Schedule : On-site 3 days per weekThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.00-$80.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
