Recruiter, Part-Time - Remote (Cincinnati, OH)

This is a part-time, as-needed position, with a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :

• Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewing
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements
• Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams
• Provide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as well as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
• Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo)

Education, Training and Experience :

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $30 to $35 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and / or annual bonus based on your individual performance and / or the company's performance.
