Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

We are currently seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer who will bring innovation and expertise to our team, enhancing our ability to design and produce high-quality temperature control solutions, such as heaters, temperature controllers, and heating elements. This role involves optimizing our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality, aligning with our mission to deliver exceptional thermal products for complex applications across the globe. Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods through layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Collaborate with design engineering regarding product tooling and design to ensure effective production methods. Consult with vendors to ensure the product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts according to specifications and quality standards. Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods, and controls. Coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products, including establishing goals, training team members, and evaluating results. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for manufacturing processes and improvements. Work closely with quality teams to identify problems with product quality and develop solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs. Proficient in CAD and AutoCAD software for designing manufacturing processes. Strong analytical skills to analyze manufacturing capabilities and outputs. Excellent communication and cooperation skills to work effectively with teams and vendors. In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing principles. Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines.
