Our client, a prestigious plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking to hire an Employment Litigation Attorney . Ideal candidates will have a background in employment defense, as the firm is comprised of former defense attorneys who bring a strategic, well-rounded approach to advocating for employees.

This is a unique role with a dynamic, collaborative firm that handles high-level litigation. If you are an accomplished employment litigator with a commitment to excellence, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• NJ Bar admission in good standing
• Minimum of 4-8 years employment litigation experience, including defense and trial work, with a successful track record
• Experience in New Jersey Employment Law
• Skilled in negotiating settlements for clients
• Represent clients in court proceedings and litigate cases as needed
• Expertise in personal injury, workers' compensation, and tribal law matters
• Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents, contracts, agreements, and pleadings using LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Availability Monday through Friday; weekends as needed
