Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, scheduling, and employee relations.

Maintain financial records, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and financial reporting using QuickBooks.

Oversee dental insurance billing, collections, and claims processing.

Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction.

Manage office budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance metrics.

Foster a positive team culture and resolve conflicts effectively.

Ensure compliance with dental regulations, OSHA standards, and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar role in the healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, including hiring, onboarding, and compliance.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and financial management.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with dental insurance processes, claims, and coding is preferred.

Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix) is a plus.
