2026 Summer Intern

Position Summary

A n immersive, hands-on experience in commercial construction, introducing all phases of construction within preconstruction, project management, and field operations . Interns will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will provide a holistic picture of all components of a project .

Key Responsibilities

• Learn company safety program and participate in daily safety inspections.
• Assist with document control process and maintenance of current contract documents .
• Assist with basic scheduling (3 week look ahead and master schedule) .
• Assist with Long Lead Time Matrix .
• Assist with assembly of Daily Construction Reports (DCR) and ensure accuracy .
• Assist in developing pre-install meeting agendas and minutes .
• Assist in developing weekly OAC and trade partner coordination meeting agendas and minutes .
• Assist with reviewing project specific Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA / QC) checklists and ensure accuracy .
• Assist with assembly of and reviewing punch list and overall completion lists .
• Assist with quantity take offs and contracting trade partners during assembly of bids / GMPs .
• Learn project team organizational structure and promptly escalate issues to appropriate resource .
