Apex Systems is seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist III to support our telecommunications client in Bedminster, NJ. We are actively reviewing qualified candidates and plan to submit top profiles to the hiring manager as early as this week.

Key responsibilities include :

• Drive project completion and site acquisition for small cell deployments.
• Track vendor performance and ensure project trackers are consistently updated.
• Ensure compliance with leasing, zoning / permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies.
• Utilize FUZE for project management tasks.
• Manage project-related purchase orders.
• Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and internal project teams.
