Overview
The R&D Controls Engineer is part of a multidisciplinary team who are responsible for developing and refining products and processes for use in the automated logistics industry. The R&D Controls Engineer is largely focused on programming, but is also engaged in aspects of electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical design.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Office-based role located in Marietta, GA. May require occasional visits to warehouse or industrial environments. May be expected to perform hands on assembly or troubleshooting of equipment which requires use of hand / power tools and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : Full-Time. Standard business hours with flexibility as needed for global collaboration.
Travel
Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder meetings, site visits, or global team collaboration, up to 10%, domestic and international.
