Your Benefits Package

We believe in rewarding our team members with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your personal and professional growth. Here's a look at what we offer :

Attractive Compensation – Base salary around $150,000 with production (20–22%)

Sign-On Bonus – $10,000–$20,000

Health Coverage – Health share plan available

PTO – 3 weeks paid time off

CE Allowance – $1,500–$3,000 plus additional CE days off

Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a veterinarian who thrives in a supportive but quick-moving practice :

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program is required.

Active or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas.

Surgery experience (preferred, not required)

Confidence to manage a varied caseload with strong tech support

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Your Role and Impact

As part of our dedicated team, you'll play a key role in shaping the standard of care we provide. This includes :

Diagnose and manage medical conditions with a whole-body approach to care

Educate clients and build strong doctor-client relationships

Perform (or learn to perform) surgical procedures as desired

Contribute to a respectful, positive, and fast-paced work culture

Collaborate with skilled technicians and relief veterinarians
