About the Role
The mission of this position is to lead the store to sustained success by delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving and exceeding sales and payroll goals, and fostering a high-performing, engaged team. This role is critical in creating a magical and welcoming environment for customers while maintaining operational excellence, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution, and ensuring the store meets its financial objectives. By setting a standard of excellence in sales leadership, team development, and business management, the manager ensures the store's continued success and alignment with the company's vision and values.

The expected OTE (on target earnings) range for the role is listed above. OTE includes base compensation, and if applicable bonus and / or commission payments, assuming targets are met at plan values. Actual compensation will depend on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
