Summary : Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests for SMOC properties as assigned. Maintenance may include the primary fields of electrical; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); carpentry; plumbing, painting, etc., in addition to basic repairs and upkeep of appliances and building hardware.

Working Conditions : Travel with own vehicle is required; On Call rotation required; Working in inclement weather conditions; Must be able to work on ladders as part of the responsibilities of this position, the Maintenance Technician will have direct or incidental contact with clients served by SMOC in various programs funded or administered through the Executive Office of Health and Human Services. A successful background check is required
