Job Description

This is a 2nd shift position, working from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, at one of our mills. Employees enjoy two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute paid lunch break. The role involves managing, monitoring, and adjusting the milling process to produce high-quality flour, focusing on increasing extraction rates and minimizing equipment downtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and adjust the milling process to ensure high-quality flour production.
• Increase extraction rates and decrease equipment downtime.
• Navigate software and computer systems to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Climb stairs or use the elevator to ensure production processes are running smoothly across multiple floors.
• Send samples to the lab for testing to ensure accuracy in milling processes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment, identify problems, and implement simple fixes before involving maintenance personnel.
• Unclog systems as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
