Key Responsibilities

• Target & Empower Coaches : You will build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus.
• Guiding Health Coaches : Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives.
• Enabling Business Growth : Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches' impact.
• Building Partnerships : Foster trust-based relationships with coaches that go beyond transactions, making you their go-to collaborator.
• Ensuring Quality Excellence : Coordinate and manage projects precisely, participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service in line with Lenus's commitment to quality.

Join our dynamic Miami Key Account Management team, where you'll collaborate with a driven group of professionals including a dedicated Team Lead and Senior Key Account Managers. You'll also work cross-functionally with our Inbound Sales, Branding, and Paid Marketing teams to create impactful strategies and deliver exceptional results. Together, we are passionate about helping online coaches grow and scale their businesses.
