  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active State License Required : Yes TN, Board Certification Required : Yes, Certified. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine Or Med-Peds.
  • EMR : Practice Velocity.
  • Pay Rate Preferred : $295 / Hourly.
