Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, a client-first mindset, and the ability to provide responsive, high-quality service. The right candidate will bring positive energy, professionalism, and a passion for supporting client insurance needs while thriving in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Work Arrangement : This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to our office located in Enfield, CT.

Professional Responsibilities

• Market client accounts to negotiate and secure the most appropriate insurance coverage for both new and renewal business.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries, explaining coverages and premiums, and facilitating claims between clients and adjusters.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships to obtain quotes, binders, endorsements, and related documents.
• Research and resolve moderate to complex service issues, including coverage questions and billing discrepancies, in a timely manner.
• Ensure account accuracy by maintaining up-to-date policy information in the agency management system, reviewing policies / endorsements, and handling contract and certificate compliance requests.
• Stay current on industry developments, including carrier underwriting appetites and pricing trends.
