Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes.
Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in the delivery of respiratory care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all respiratory therapy sessions.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Analyze patient data to identify trends and inform treatment decisions.
Set and achieve personal performance goals aligned with company objectives.
Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy procedures and equipment use.
Stay updated with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and technologies.
Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting team members and sharing knowledge.
Ensure all respiratory therapy equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
Experience / Qualifications
Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the state of Oregon.
Minimum of 2 years experience in respiratory therapy.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving personal and team goals.
Proficient in using respiratory therapy equipment and technology.
Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Demonstrated ability to analyze patient data and adjust treatments.
Familiarity with safety and regulatory guidelines in healthcare.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Ability to maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
