Job Overview :

  • As a Technician at NewcoUSA, you will be integral in delivering high-quality service and support to our clients.
  • Your role will involve troubleshooting, repairs, and installations across various systems and equipment.
  • The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Repair, rebuild, renew, and upgrade all types of heated and unheated adhesive, sealant, and paint delivery systems, including, but not limited to, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.   Maintain accurate records of service performed and inventory used.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. 5+ years of maintenance, diagnostic, and troubleshooting experience - mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and / or electrical. (Preferred) Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
