Radius Rule : Candidates must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility- does not expire

Shift Requirements : 12hr variables Days and Nights

Float Requirements (campuses and / or units) : Float to MS units as needed based on census

Weekend Rotation Requirements : 2 out of 4 weekends or every other

Holiday Rotation Requirements : holiday rotation

ALL Required Licenses and Certifications : AHA BLS , MN RN License

Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty) : Prefer at least 2 years

Desired Specific Skillset : Experience in inpatient mental health facility preferred. Working with all ranges of Mental Illness and diagnoses. Post ECT treatment experience helpful. Experience with restraints, restraint chair, seclusion. Mental illness and Substance abuse- Adult and Geriatric

Charting experience preferred : Epic

Unit Overview : # of Beds 22 beds on unit

Current Patient Ratio : 1 : 4-1 : 5

Primary Case / Procedure Types : Substance abuse / Detox; Mental Illness; Medication passing, cares, documentation, mileau management

Scrub Colors required : Any

GSA not applicable during orientation week

Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
