Corporate Counsel - SaaS Contracts

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - SaaS Contracts.

Key Responsibilities :

Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and vendor agreements

Provide general legal support to internal teams, including HR and Operations, on policy interpretation and compliance

Help improve legal operations by contributing to efficient contract workflows and document management

Required Qualifications :

JD and bar admission in good standing (any U.S. state)

6+ years of legal experience with significant time in SaaS contracts

Strong understanding of liability, indemnity, IP, data privacy, and commercial terms

Familiarity with ISO 27001 and its impact on contract terms

Proficient with MacBook, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
