HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry!
Salary : $25-$35 / hr +$1.50 Shift Differential
Shift : Days 5AM-5PM & Nights 5PM-5AM (2-2-3 schedule)
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to equipment malfunctions.
- Install, repair, and maintain all machinery, including conveyor systems, compressors, and hydraulic / pneumatic equipment.
- Conduct routine checks of safety systems, alarms, and other facility mechanisms.
- Complete all documentation for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and suggest process improvements.
- Manage the spare parts program in the maintenance shop.
- Fabricate parts or source replacements as needed.
- Perform all tasks with minimal supervision in a safe and efficient manner.
- Be available for off-shift work and / or emergency call-ins as required.
