We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team.

Job Summary :

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and medical conditions. The PTA will demonstrate effective communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients, based on their specific needs and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment sessions accurately in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation goals, exercises, and home care strategies to enhance recovery.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and safety standards in practice.
