Role Description

Lead with vision. Oversee daily operations, build and inspire a strong team, deliver exceptional guest service, and drive financial success. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in hospitality and knows how to balance strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management, operations, and staff leadership
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Solid understanding of hotel administration and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in hotel management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in property development and project management is a plus
