job_description.job_card.job_description5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master and / or PM in Agile environments Proven background working within or helping establish a PMO Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.) Expertise in Jira , Trello , or MS Project Strong communication, servant leadership, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field Master's degree or enterprise Agile transformation experience Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
Role : Scrum Master / Project Manager
Duration : Contract-to-Hire
Location : Onsite Jersey City, NJ (5 days / week)
What You'll Do
- Lead Agile delivery Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Manage projects & programs Oversee multiple Agile projects end-to-end, track schedules / budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder transparency.
- Establish PMO processes Help design governance frameworks, KPIs, and standard templates for consistent project delivery across the org.
- Drive communication Act as the main bridge between business, IT, and leadership, reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Champion improvement Implement best practices, optimize workflows, and enhance Agile adoption across teams.
