Job Description

Position : Industrial Millwright

Location : Grand Island, NE

Pay Rate : $32–$36 dollars per hour

Per Diem : $100 / day

Hours : 8–10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install and assemble piping systems per blueprints and specifications
  • Cut, thread, bend, and weld pipe using hand and power tools (FCAW, soldering, etc.)
  • Test piping systems for leaks and ensure full functionality
  • Maintain and repair existing piping systems as required
  • Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Adhere to all site safety policies and OSHA regulations

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Pipefitter, Millwright, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of pipefitting and mechanical installation techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficient in basic math and measurements
  • Excellent troubleshooting and attention to detail
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Must have a OSHA 10 or higher certificate
