A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Facilities Technician.

Job Title :          Facilities Technician

Duration :         12 months Contract

Location :         Van Nuys, CA 91406

As a Facilities Technician you will

works to achieve operational targets within job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.

Major functions : Individual contributor. Work is closely supervised. Work consists of tasks that are routine renovations / remodels.

Technical / Functional skills : Work consists of tasks that are routine. Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Follows established processes to complete tasks.

Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.

Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task- related activities.

Ideal candidate will have

On-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration.

Handle basic, non-complex products and / or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.

Uses experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system, operations to determine service requirements.

Advise manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.

Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Must work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are always taken.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Flexibility to work overtime, on-call, and weekends, as required.

Education & Experience :

Requires developing job knowledge / skills.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range

• : $25-$30 per hour
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
