Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 DOE + Commissions

Technical Account Manager

We are seeking an individual comfortable working to provide superior service to our highly valued clients. We strive to ensure our clients know they are important to us. And this starts with you!

  • Be a hero!
  • Provide proper technical solutions to your assigned clients
  • Find accomplishment by helping clients achieve their business success
  • Create trusted relationships with clients by meeting with them regularly
  • Follow-up with clients to ensure projects and services are meeting expectations
  • Assist with issues between clients and technicians
  • Prepare quotes for client hardware and software needs
  • Explain product solutions to clients
  • Maintain customer relationships through renewal of service contracts
  • What you bring to the table :

    • Have fun in a casual work environment
    • Bachelors degree or 2+ years account management experience required. Any computer, technical schooling, or certificates are a plus
    • Ability to organize your schedule
    • Keep excellent notes and documentation of client interactions
    • Understand business computer environments
    • Friendly interpersonal communication skills
    • Mid-level technical knowledge about PCs, servers, networks, VoIP, and Internet services
    • Experience with CRMs
    • Ability to make clients feel important and that you care about their business
    • Ability to communicate technical details with non-technical people
