About Sage Haus

Sage Haus is a Chicago-based real estate and lifestyle brand built on the belief that the right space is the key to living well. We combine strategy, storytelling, and design to shape how people experience home—online and in person.

The Role

You’ll carry the visual and narrative through-line across Sage Haus channels and brand extensions, building consistency between what we post, write, and share.

You will :

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars
  • Draft captions and refine brand voice across platforms
  • Plan and schedule posts using your preferred workflow
  • Coordinate photo shoots; assist with selects, logistics, and on-site support
  • Edit imagery and short-form video for posts / reels
  • Repurpose blog / newsletter content for social
  • Maintain visual and tonal cohesion across all touchpoints

    • Nice to have : familiarity with Google Drive, Airtable, Squarespace (or comfort learning).

    Collaboration & Compensation

  • $1,000 / month retainer (10–15 hrs / mo)
  • Flexible schedule; remote with in-person shoots
  • Additional paid opportunities for events and campaigns
  • Ongoing engagement with room to evolve

  • Creative and organized; you build structure behind storytelling
  • Strong visual eye; refined, timeless editing for photos / reels
  • Clear, restrained writing style
  • Comfortable planning calendars and keeping flow on track
  • Chicago-based or fluent in the city’s creative landscape
