Role Description :
An Associate Research Consultant is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate contacts and ensuring that all properties, listings, and transactions in CoStar's database are current, accurate, and complete. This involves building relationships through daily outreach including interviews with brokers, property owners, developers, and other real estate professionals to gather real-time market information. The Associate Research Consultant captures information while enhancing existing data on active listings and lease and sale transactions, typically verifying key details with multiple sources. Additionally, Associate Research Consultants research and compile profiles of commercial property owners and track construction projects from proposal through completion to update the database with new developments. Throughout these duties, they help clients fully leverage CoStar's marketing platforms and provide world-class customer service to ensure clients can make informed decisions with comprehensive, high-quality market data. By capturing this market-critical information and putting our clients at the center of all we do it enables our customers to make informed high impact business decisions. This position is in office Monday through Friday.
