Journeyman Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician who is proficient in reading and interpreting schematic diagrams and installation procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting materials, operating tools safely, and maintaining a clean work area. Additionally, you will protect company and customer property, monitor inventory accuracy, and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret schematic diagrams, product specifications, installation, and start-up procedures.
• Select materials and parts required to complete assigned repairs.
• Operate tools and equipment safely to accomplish the assigned task.
• Complete assigned tasks quickly, completely, and consistent with guidelines.
• Maintain a clean work area and organize / store tools and materials to minimize damage and risk of injury.
• Protect the property of the company and customer by all reasonable means.
• Monitor and be accountable for the accuracy of parts inventory.
• Analyze electronic and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required.
• Install, program, and test new equipment.
• Communicate with customers and explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Present yourself professionally and be prompt when making service calls.

Work Environment :

Work involves both indoor and outdoor settings at gas stations. We offer flexibility on the type of service truck you prefer. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Uniforms are provided, and you will report to the Service Manager at each site, working in teams of 2-3 per location.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of Lincoln, Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00 / yr. Paid Training and Continuing Education. Clothing and Cell Phone Allowance 401K with company match Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays.

Workplace Type :

This is a fully onsite position in Lincoln, NE.
