Dental Office Manager – $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Smile Jobs is working with Pleasant Ridge Ridge Family Dentistry to find their next office manager!

Our busy and growing dental practice is seeking a skilled, motivated, and dependable Office Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. With patient demand increasing and exciting growth ahead, we need a strong, confident leader in this role as soon as possible.

Much of our leadership team’s focus will soon shift toward our Saline location, so it’s critical to have a reliable Office Manager here to keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager or an exceptional Treatment Coordinator ready to take the next step into management.

Schedule

Monday : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Tuesday & Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Thursday : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Every Other Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management abilities — essential for guiding a team with diverse personalities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in dental billing, insurance, and claims processing.

Solid understanding of financial management (budgeting, reporting, collections oversight).

Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Dentrix preferred.

Ability to train, mentor, and support team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a positive patient experience.

Lead and support a team of dental professionals with confidence and professionalism.

Present treatment plans and coordinate complex cases with patients.

Ensure proper pre-op and consent form procedures are followed.

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support practice growth goals.

Manage scheduling , collections, reporting, and other financial workflows.

Foster a supportive, professional, and patient-focused work environment.
