Summary

The Paid Media Manager is a strategic and performance-driven role responsible for leading multi-channel media campaigns across several brands. This position will manage external media agency partners, collaborate with internal teams, and drive continuous optimization of paid media, landing pages, and content to maximize lead generation and ROI.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct reports but will lead cross-functional initiatives and manage agency / vendor teams.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across multiple channels including search, social, display, video, and programmatic.
  • Manage media agency relationships : provide clear strategic direction, oversee execution, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
  • Partner with web and CRO teams to create and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored to campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to guide the development of effective ad assets based on platform best practices and performance data.
  • Own campaign budget pacing and forecasting, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business goals.
  • Analyze campaign results, generate actionable insights, and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives that align with brand, digital, and franchise-level objectives.

  • Skill Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working across teams and with external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and A / B testing methodologies.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with exceptional time management.
  • Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Preference of 5–8+ years of progressive experience managing paid media, preferably in a multi-brand or franchise environment
  • Candidates with a combination of education and experience will also be considered
  • Experience managing external agencies / vendors and leading cross-functional marketing initiatives, or experience working within an agency and a deep understanding of the agency / vendor relationship and how to manage that relationship is preferred
  • Experience working within a franchise, multi-brand, or multi-location business model is preferred
  • Physical & Workplace Requirements :

  • Light-duty work environment – primarily office-based with minimal physical exertion.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing or walking for presentations or facilitation.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Hybrid model – Work from the office on Tues / Wed / Thurs and from home on Mon / Fri.
