We are currently seeking a Director of Growth and Partnerships. The Director will lead the refinement of our growth and business development strategy and manage initiatives to execute the strategy for sustainable growth. Our current portfolio of projects is focused on civilian sector technology research and development (R&D), program management, program evaluation, data analytics, strategic communications, and grants management. We are looking to add an experienced leader with more than 15 years of relevant experience to join our Washington, DC based team, add to our culture, and fully embrace our commitments to deliver, grow and thrive.
About the Role :
You will leverage your experience to help the company grow, design and implement the growth strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, and lead the execution of growth initiatives to support the strategy. You will also lead, manage, and hold your high performing team accountable. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following :

Strategic Contract Vehicle Management

Salary : Approximate Salary Estimate : 180,000.00 - $220,000.00 annually. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range of candidates hired.
