JOB SUMMARY
Manage overall program including contract outcomes, leadership, supervision, clinical operations, training, fiscal and billing controls, EHR, workplace safety, and policies & procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee direct services, ensuring quality care and professional standards.
- Supervise data collection and reporting; ensure peer review and client chart monitoring.
- Ensure timely documentation by staff and compliance with contract requirements for billable services.
- Manage billing expectations, review monthly financial statements, and ensure financial integrity.
- Maintain positive staff morale, cohesion, and effective communication.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and crises.
- Recruit, retain, supervise, and support staff; foster team camaraderie and communication.
- Serve as liaison with funders and participate in community meetings / committees.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Facilitate program meetings, document agendas and attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, valid / current BBS license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC), and two years supervisory experience in a treatment or similar setting.Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance.Experience in mental health and / or substance use disorder services.Cultural competency; bilingual skills preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR software.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
