A well respected, growing plaintiff's personal injury firm is adding Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorneys to their team.

The role entails handling cases from intake through claims, liability and settlement (i.e., all the way up until litigation, should the case go to litigation).

Responsibilities

  • Manage cases from intake through claims, liability analysis, settlement discussions, and progression to potential litigation.

Qualifications

  • Active license to practice law in Rhode Island OR a UBE score of 270+ in the last two years.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Work arrangement

  • Role is 99% remote outside of occasional in-person client meetings.
  • Candidates must be able to commute into the Providence office up to 2x per month.

    • Compensation

  • First year compensation is $85,000.
  • Expected earnings of $150,000-200,000 after 12-18 months.
