Our client is seeking a Technical Product Manager for our client with offices in Windsor, CT. This is a full-time opportunity.

The Product Manager will collaborate with engineering to create system architectures of solutions and define different product components that make up a solution. The Product Manager manages project and product interdependencies and works with the other product managers, scrum masters and engineers to translate use cases and product requirements to engineering requirements.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Translate use cases and user requirements, developed in collaboration with all stakeholders, to system requirements and product engineering requirements.
- Request engineers to document key aspects of their designs during the development process and organize the relevant product development / engineering documentation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to collaboratively make proper system design choices and extract key elements into required product launch documentation including internal design documentation, end user documentation, service, sales and marketing.
- Organize and participate in cross product design review meetings.
- Participate in IT security initiatives to help ensure system securities are never compromised.
- Works with QA to define test cases for both the product and system.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (engineering, computer science, or relevant product management experience for hardware and software solutions, and a passion for bringing technology products to the market).5+ years of experience in bringing products to marketDemonstrated ability to grasp customer needs and translate those to scalable and secure system architectures.Software product development, using Agile best practices, for cloud and / or embedded software.Bonus Points :
Understanding IT security and data privacyExperience with agile, scrum, JIRA / Atlassian Tools is a plus.Experience with software and hardware development processes.Experience with cloud software technologies.
