Job Description

Our client is a Wholesale Distributor of the best organic, all-natural, and grain-free animal food, treats and supplements available.

Our Client has been serving Southern California for over 30 years. They take pride in offering exceptional value as well as fast friendly service.

Monday – Thursday 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM / Friday 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Located in the Inland Empire.

This position is Full Time, Temp to Hire Position paying $18 / Hr. plus benefits once hired.

The Accounting Coupon Clerk will validate and process coupons submitted by retailers for credit on account.

Learn and apply various manufacturer requirements for eligibility
Review coupon submissions for errors
Process credits on account
Submit billing reports to manufacturers
Customer research requests
Other various accounting related duties as assigned
Backup coverage for receptionist meal and break periods

This entry level accounting department position requires :

Intermediate written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Basic Excel skill

Basic computer and keyboarding skill

Desire to learn / Opportunity for growth

Interview Required
