  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1830 - $1960 per week, based on experience and qualifications.\n

  • Active New York State RN license (New York nursing jobs)\n
  • BLS and ACLS certifications\n
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Med / Surg environment as a Registered Nurse\n
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills\n
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays\n

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Med / Surg unit\n
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary healthcare team\n
  • Provide direct clinical support, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed\n
  • Develop specialized skills in cardiac care and telemetry monitoring\n
  • Educate patients and families on self-care, lifestyle changes, and post-discharge instructions\n
  • Promote comfort and provide emotional support in a healing environment\n
  • Advocate for patient safety, rights, and participate in quality improvement initiatives\n
  • Document care delivery, patient education, and patient responses accurately\n
  • Comply with infection prevention strategies and maintain required clinical competencies\n
