Senior ServiceNow Engineer

A company is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, develop workflows, and build custom applications

Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Support platform upgrades and stay updated on industry trends

Required Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow engineering with ownership of large-scale, enterprise deployments

Deep expertise with ITSM, HRSD, FSM, or other ServiceNow modules

Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and scripting (JavaScript, Glide)

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and best practices

Familiarity with ITIL processes
