job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLeads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed Interested in the above You dot your I's and cross your T's You have a "can-do" attitude You like to think outside the box Customer service or sales experience Strong leadership skills Valid driver's license Excellent verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent

The Leasing Manager is responsible for providing leasing and marketing expertise as well as leasing support to the community and associates.
