Be the Difference.\n\nJob Summary\n\nAs a Registered Nurse in our acute inpatient setting, you will provide essential clinical direction for patient care, fostering a compassionate, patient-and-family-centered environment. Utilizing evidence-based practices, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality improvement standards.\n\nThis position may require availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call work.\n\nEssential Functions\n

  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and recognize changes in patients' conditions.\n
  • Develop and update individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.\n
  • Set realistic, measurable goals for patient outcomes and communicate these effectively.\n
  • Respect and incorporate patients' cultural, spiritual, and personal beliefs into care planning.\n
  • Plan for seamless patient discharge, ensuring continuity of care with the necessary referrals.\n
  • Provide high-quality direct patient care while following established nursing protocols.\n
  • Delegate appropriate nursing tasks to healthcare team members while ensuring quality and safety.\n
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the care provided, adjusting plans as necessary.\n
  • Engage in performance improvement initiatives, utilizing data to enhance patient care.\n
  • Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans, using clear and understandable language.\n
  • Maintain professional licensure and commit to ongoing competency development through education and training.\n
  • Champion patient advocacy and coordinate care with the healthcare team effectively.\n
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance patient care and team effectiveness.\n\nQualifications\n
  • Education : Associate degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.\n
  • Experience : A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a registered nurse.\n\nCertifications : \n
