Must-Have :

Must be flexible and willing to float to other units.

Must reside more than 150 miles from the facility.

First-time travelers accepted.

Description :

The position involves working in the Labor and Delivery Recovery Room.

Nurses may be asked to assist with various tasks in the labor and delivery process.

Responsibilities may include administration of blood products, amnioinfusion, and managing high-risk deliveries.

Nurses will provide care for patients and their newborns, including circumcision care education and breastfeeding support.

Candidates should have experience with labor and delivery practices, neonatal care, and managing complications.

Must demonstrate skills in pain assessment and management, maternal-fetal monitoring, and postpartum care.

The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient safety and outcomes.

Charting system experience preferred.

Candidates with strong communication and patient care skills will excel in this role.

Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Applicants should have a strong understanding of maternal and neonatal protocols.
