Job Description :

• Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs)
• Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract
• Responsible for financial customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts
• Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy
• Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives
• Support cash application process through research and reconciliations

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$25.00 MIN - $47.50 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$22.00 MIN - $40.50 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
