Our client, a well-established manufacturer in the Eastanollee, GA area, is seeking a reliable and self-motivated  Set Up Technician  to join their first-shift operations. This is a hands-on role, critical to ensuring smooth and continuous production by setting up machinery, performing light maintenance, and executing preventive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and adjust production machinery and equipment to meet daily production schedules
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and support the maintenance team as needed
• Ensure machinery is operating safely, efficiently, and within established quality standards
• Keep accurate records of setup procedures, adjustments, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth transitions between product runs
• Communicate any equipment concerns or operational delays to supervisors promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
