Are you a visionary leader passionate about empowering the next generation and creating systemic change in health education? HealthCorps is seeking a dynamic Director of Programs to join our team. This is a single position that may be based in one of our five southern hub cities : Houston, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, Ada, OK, Palm Beach / Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Director of Programs will oversee a portfolio of sites and provide leadership to regional staff, with the exact region finalized once the strongest candidate is selected. This role is a critical driver of HealthCorps' mission to expand access to innovative, community-wide wellness programming.

We're seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee and support 4-6 Regional Program Managers across multiple cities, driving program excellence, community engagement, and sustainable impact in our school-based wellness programming. You'll be instrumental in building relationships at the district and funder level while ensuring our programs reach their full potential through exceptional team leadership and strategic partnerships.

As Director of Programs, you will serve as a catalyst for maximizing impact in existing programs while supporting strategic growth opportunities, working collaboratively with a national team of directors to scale HealthCorps' proven school-based programming model while maintaining local relevance and community connection.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and support 4-6 Regional Program Managers to achieve ambitious program goals and professional growth objectives through hands-on management and regular oversight
• Provide direct coaching on program implementation, community partnerships, and stakeholder engagement
• Conduct regular site visits to program locations for coaching, feedback, and stakeholder relationship building
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning across the regional team
