This is a high-visibility, hybrid role that blends strategic category management, B2B consulting, and industry relationship building. You will own the business strategy for digital breaks for the brand, partnering with top vendors, marketplace platforms, and B2B partners to innovate and refine projects ongoing and new.

The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and commercially minded while also deeply embedded in the collectibles culture. You will move fluidly from negotiating vendor terms, to building seller partnerships, to providing strategic insights to leadership.

This position sits onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Category Growth

• Define and execute category strategy for Digital breaks across several categories. Pokémon, Baseball, Basketball, Football etc.
• Lead long-range planning, market opportunity analysis, and new initiative development.
• Translate insights from market data, consumer behavior, and competitive trends into actionable growth plans.
