We are looking for a couple of individuals to join our team as a full-time, professional, gravy making, pasta producing, salad chopping, dish washing kitchen help. This position requires a little heavy lifting, a little heat, lots of attention to detail. Must have transportation, great time management, be reliable, and be a team player. Responsibilities :
- Be able to work multiple tickets at one time. To prep, maintain, work, and close your station. High degree of quality expected.
- Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
- Measuring ingredients and seasonings and preparing cooking ingredients such as soup stock to be used in the cooking process.
- Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Distributing plates to wait for staff to be served, cleaning plates for dishwashing, and preparing takeaway packages for customers.
- Opening and closing the kitchen.
- Cooking food.
- Monitoring prep work.
- Ensuring impeccable presentation and garnishing.
- Managing food provisions.
- Ensuring quality of ingredients and correct food storage.
- Using and cleaning kitchen equipment.
Requirements :
