Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers over the phone to assist with their insurance choices, using a well-defined script.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a busy call center environment.
• Address and resolve customer objections effectively.
• Regular use of database, dialing, and email software.
• Deliver clear verbal and written communication.
• Be open to other tasks as needed.

Training & Development : You may be eligible to receive comprehensive training, including preparation for obtaining P&C / Life Insurance licenses (optional). Our expert team will support your growth in this customer-focused role.
