Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An immediate opening is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a school-based setting near Crystal Lawns, IL . This role includes both health office duties and individualized student care.

Position Snapshot

Dates : Now May 29, 2026

Hours : Full-time, 37.5 hrs / week

AM Duties : Assist in health office; administer one student G-tube feeding

PM Duties : Drive to students home, acpany on the bus as 1 : 1 LPN. Student has a G-tube, oxygen, and cardiac needs. Ride home with student at the end of the school day.

Pay Range : $35$45 / hr (petitive)

Preferred Background

Licensed LPN in Illinois

Pediatric or school-based care experience

Strong munication skills and dependable work ethic
