TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Home Health RN in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 52402!

Pay Information

$2,566 per week

About The Position

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and families on treatments and self-care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care
  • Participate in occasional on-call rotations as needed

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years Home Health RN experience (required)
  • 1+ completed travel contract
  • Iowa or Compact RN license
  • BLS (AHA) – Required
  • EPIC experience preferred
  • Must provide proof of taxable address (per local traveler policy)
