The position will remain open until filled.
Essential Functions
A qualified individual will implement and manage Injectech's sales goals within their assigned territory. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
General Duties
- Increase sales volume for assigned products within the territory.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new leads and establish strategic partnerships.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Injectech through all communication channels.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer and prospective customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing consultative sales support.
- Maintain current knowledge of product and service information, including updates and new offerings.
- Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of Injectech products and services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend complementary products.
- Provide regular feedback, reports, and assistance to the Sales Manager.
- Schedule and conduct recurring sales calls and visits with current and prospective customers.
- Lead business review meetings with strategic customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Maintain a general understanding of competitor products, features, and benefits, and analyze areas where Injectech can compete more effectively.
- Write and manage PPRs (Product Performance Reports).
- Provide customer feedback to support custom solutions and product development.
- Manage and follow up on leads, samples, and information requests using HubSpot.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Apply intermediate knowledge of strategic and consultative sales principles.
- Use analytical skills to understand customer requirements and success factors.
- Adhere to International Standards Organization (ISO) standards and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Ensure all assigned work is performed according to company specifications, instructions, and requirements.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and provide backup support to Customer Service.
- Travel to trade shows and customer sites as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field.Proficient in SAP, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Intermediate understanding of molding and tooling processes.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Self-motivated with the ability to influence others and drive results.Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including impactful presentation abilites.Intermediate negotiation and objection-handling skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Punctual, dependable, and flexible with scheduling.Must be able to read and write in English; bilingual preferred.Ability to perform simple math, including addition, subtraction, measuring and decimal points.Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is expected to sit or stand for 8 hours per day.Use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms.Stoop, kneel, or bend.Employee must be able to talk and hear.Employee must be able to lift and / or move up to 30 pounds.Benefits
401K Retirement Plan- Eligible to contribute starting the first of the month, 2 months after your hire date. Injectech matches up to 6% of your salary. Contributions are 100% invested immediately. Both Roth and Traditional options are available.Health Insurance- Coverage begins the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Injectech covers 100% of the employees' premium. You may add a spouse, domestic partner, or dependents at your own cost via pre-tax payroll deductions.Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance Plans- Offered at a group discount rate for employees, spouses, domestic partners, and dependents.Employee Assistance Program- Available to all employees and their family members at no cost.Sick Time- Accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.Paid Time Off (PTO)First 36 months : 6.66 hours per month (up to 80 hours per year).
After 36 months : 8 hours per month (up to 96 hours per year).Accrual rates continue to increase with tenure.Holiday Pay- 10 paid holidays per year.Voluntary Paid Time Off (VTO)- Up to 20 hours per year to volunteer at any 501(c)(3) nonprofit of your choice.Life and AD&D Insurance- Injectech provides a $50,000 policy at no cost to employees. Additional coverage is available for purchase.Effective 6 Months After Hire Date :
Profit Share Program- Eligible to participate the month following 6 full months of employment.Drug Testing Policy
